Free Shipping & Rates

FREE shipping on orders over $20!

📦 For orders under $20, a $10 shipping fee applies. Shipping costs do not include taxes or duties.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-9 business days (Processing + Shipping).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM on a business day will be processed the next business day at 9 AM.

We ship via trusted local postal services based on your location:
US & Canada: USPS, Canada Post, FedEx
UK & Europe: Royal Mail, DHL
Other Regions: DHL, Local Postal Services


Import Duties & Taxes

Our prices do not include VAT, import duties, or customs fees. We ship orders duty-paid to most countries, but if you receive a customs charge, please contact us at [email protected] with proof of payment for reimbursement (if applicable).


Wrong Address Disclaimer & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Customers must pay for reshipping.
  • To update an address, contact [email protected] within 12 hours of placing an order.

📦 For signature-required orders that return to our warehouse, contact us for reshipment options (additional shipping fees may apply).


Lost & Delayed Shipments

🚨 If your tracking has no updates for 5+ business days, contact [email protected], and we will investigate within 48 hours.

📦 For lost packages:

  • We will work with the carrier to find a resolution.
  • If the carrier confirms a loss, we will issue a full refund or reshipment.

🚨 If package theft is suspected, we require a police report before processing refunds or reshipments.


Damaged Shipments & Returns

💥 If your order arrives damaged, please accept the package and contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

📦 If a package is refused without our authorization, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.
