Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt for most items in new, unused condition. If there is a dispute regarding the refund amount, your refund will be based on the merchandise value stated in the original purchase invoice.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

How to Return an Item

🚨 Important: Returns Without Prior Authorization Will Not Be Accepted.
Before returning any item, you must contact us first to receive approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide additional return instructions if necessary. Do not return items until you receive approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Item
  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Step 4: Processing & Refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned package.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Security tags (if applicable) must not be removed; returns without them will not be accepted.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
  • Unauthorized returns (items sent back without contacting us first) will not be processed.
  • C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) return packages will not be accepted.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including credit card, PayPal, or other payment gateways. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will assist you with the return and cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

Restocking Fee Policy

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if an item is returned in a non-original condition (e.g., worn, washed, missing tags), we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a partial refund based on the item’s condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate apparel (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page)
  • Customized or personalized items
